Central Florida Gun Trader Forum - Rules
Users will conduct themselves on the Central Florida Gun Trader Forum in a respectful manner, inflammatory, vulgar, harassing, malicious or otherwise inappropriate statements will result in removal from the Central Florida Gun Trader Forum.
Users must be 18 years of age or older and legally able to own a firearm.
Users will not utilize the Central Florida Gun Trader Forum for advertising to, or recruitment of, fellow members. Advertising and recruitment includes but is not limited to, posts inviting members to join social or political groups or unsolicited advertising for products or services without the approval of the Central Florida Gun Trader Forum Administrator. When in doubt of whether something you want to post constitutes advertising, please contact a moderator or administrator privately, in advance, for further clarification.
Users understand that Central Florida Gun Trader Forum DOES NOT become involved in transactions between parties and does not certify, investigate, or in any way guarantee the legal capacity of any party to transact.
Users are responsible for obeying all applicable enforcement mechanisms, including, but not limited to federal, state, municipal, and tribal statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances, and judicial decisions, including compliance with all applicable licensing requirements.
Users will not use Central Florida Gun Trader Forum for any illegal purpose.
If a User is at all unsure about firearm sales or transfers, Her or She will contact the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosive at 1-800-ATF-GUNS and visit the ATF website at www.atf.gov.
Users will help to ensure the overall openness and accessibility of the site to all
Users through respectful dialogue, Users understand that failure to adhere to proper internet protocol and etiquette may result in removal of posts or more severe corrective action.
Administrators may edit or remove information, including any User's posts, from the site without notice.
If any User violates these terms, Administrators may permanently remove any User from the site or, depending on the nature and severity of the violation alert the proper authorities. Central Florida Gun Trader Forum Firmly Believes in "the right of the people to keep and bear Arms," and will comply with federal, state, municipal, and tribal law enforcement entities pursuant to the Constitution of the United States and Due Process of Law.
All Users take responsibility for their own actions whilst using the Central Florida Gun Trader Forum. Users also take responsibility for any and all of their actions related to, or resulting from, their use of Central Florida Gun Trader Forum. Further, Users are solely responsible for any and all consequences their actions.
